Big debate moments and the large-scale focus group

Frank Luntz is a deft user of audience response systems (in this case the Perception Analyzer) and a capable moderator of groups larger than the usual 10 person format.    Personally, I think there's something a little fishy about how this "diverse" group of democrats is cast as so single -minded about who won the debate and its "peak" moment.   Surely there's more divergence of opinion among Florida democrats than what is suggested here!

The bigger potential in the big group and the dial technology is in it' capacity to illustrate the different mindsets and that might be present in the room, provided of course that we're as interested in the voters as we are the politicians!

You can see the estimable Mr. Luntz and the dial technology in action in this clip:

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the dial technology or large group qualitative.
