Framing, Versatily, Category Insight

Over the 25 years I’ve worked with John, I’ve known him to provide not just results, but insight.  There are three areas where he excels over the dozens of other researchers I’ve known:  The first would be framing.  John spends the time necessary to fully understand our questions, which he then uses to refine the information he gets from consumers.  Second is his versatility.   John is not married to one methodology and will innovate, if required, to design a right-sized approach that minimizes time and maximizes value for the client.  Third is John’s ability to absorb how consumers think and the context in which they interact with the category and brands.
